SMS “ngpay” to 567671 or download from www.ngpay.com. You will receive a SMS from ngpay containing a link to download the application. Select the link and follow the instruction to download and install.2
Step 2 Register with ngpay – Once.
Register with ngpay by providing a few personal details - name, mobile no, address and a 6 digit ngpay PIN.3
Step 3 Create your “My Services” List - Once.
Create a list of your favorite ngpay partners and services. You can always update this list.
Step 4 Transact with your favorite merchants, banks or service provider.
Select any partner from your favorite list. The application will help you walk through the process step-by-step. Once you reach the pay screen you can pay using a variety of payment instruments. Currently, your regular Visa/MasterCard credit cards, HDFC Bank Account and ITZ cash cards are supported. Very soon, you will be able to use other bank accounts, cash cards, and debit cards as well.5
Step 5 Retrieve Transaction details.
Your transaction details get stored in the ngpay History under the My Profile menu. In addition, ngpay also sends you a SMS and an email with the transaction details.

ngpay will be installed in your “Phone Menu” or “Games Folder” or “Applications Folder” depending on your phone model.
To be used for all ngpay transactions. Unauthorized users cannot transact on ngpay without this PIN
You can also securely store your bank account/card details in the tamper- proof ngpay Wallet. This would save you the trouble of entering these details everytime you make a payment on ngpay.
ITZ cash currently supported only for IRCTC transactions.
